A project management team is set up to organize and approve expenditure. This project management takes on the following tasks and makes decisions for the network

• on expenditure that serves the objectives stated in §1,
• Participation in trade fairs and other events,
• Proposal for the inclusion of new partners
• Proposal to exclude partners from the network who have violated this cooperation agreement,
• on expenses that serve to organize and coordinate the network.

The project management consists of 4 members:

• one person from each of two partners
• of the business development agency in the district of Cham mbH
• of the IHK Regensburg, Cham office

The partners set up promoter committees with the following tasks:

• Exchange of experience in the individual areas
• Developing suggestions and proposals for improvement for the network
• Decision on joint measures within the respective area

The companies each nominate one person from their company, who is also authorized to make decisions, for the following promoter committees:

• Education
• Further training
• Marketing
• Research and development

The steering committee is made up of one member of each partner's management. One person from each of two partners is elected to the project management from the steering committee. The election is carried out by a simple majority of the partners present. The Steering Committee is elected for a term of 3 years. Should a member of the project management resign during the 3-year period, the steering committee elects a successor for the remaining period by a unanimous majority.

The respective managing director of both partners is represented in the project management.
