Dear members of the Mechatronics Competence Network,
Our technology campus has a study focus on artificial intelligence. We would like to make more intensive use of the existing technological knowledge on campus for our members in the Mechatronics Network. Over the next few months, we will be offering several seminars on various technology topics.
AI introductory workshop
Using the example of deep learning, the seminar will present the basic approaches and techniques, but above all the opportunities and risks, in order to overcome inhibitions regarding deep learning. the use of AI among decision-makers in the company and to build understanding accordingly. The practical implementation of how neural networks can be created relatively easily with today’s so-called “frameworks” is also discussed.
This is not about mathematical basics, but mainly about qualitative understanding! Terms such as AI, machine learning & deep learning, neural networks are explained. Small exercises show how neural networks can be programmed. Many examples show how and for what purpose AI technologies can be used in companies.
The appointment will take place on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 2:00 pm (until approx. 5:00 pm).
